Cancellation Policy
Cancellation / Rescheduling / No Show Policy: We require 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations, no exceptions.  How to Contact: Leanne: EMAIL hello@inkandarch.com or TEXT 778-821-1384 Chantelle: EMAIL howdy@inkandarch.com or TEXT 250-575-9461  Cancellation / Late Reschedule / No Show Fees: Cosmetic Tattooing Appointments (first appointment) $100 Cosmetic Tattooing Appointments (touch ups) $50 Brow Maintenance/Lash Appointments $20  How to Pay Cancellation / Rescheduling / No Show Fee: This will be sent to you by email or text and must be paid prior to rebooking. Rebooking without paying will result in us canceling your appointment.  Appointment Grace Period: If you are running more than 10 minuets late, your appointment is considered cancelled unless told otherwise and subject to the fees above.  Deposit Policy: We do not charge deposits to book an appointment with us. That being said, we STRICTLY enforce our Cancellation / Rescheduling / No Show Policy with no exceptions.
