This is a booking request for an appointment outside of regular business hours.
Service Description
VIP Appointments are available by request only. VIP appointments apply to any booking requested outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends. How it works: - Submit a booking request - Requests are not considered booked until approved - Select VIP structure based off of the price of the service requested - Once accepted, a VIP fee will be added in addition to the regular service price VIP fee structure: - Services $0 - $55 = +$40 fee - Services $56 - $175 = +$60 fee - Services $176 - $599 = +$100 fee
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation / Rescheduling / No Show Policy: We require 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations, no exceptions. Rebooking without paying will result in us canceling your appointment. Appointment Grace Period: If you are running more than 10 minuets late, your appointment is considered cancelled unless told otherwise and subject to the fees above. Deposit Policy: We do not charge deposits to book an appointment with us. That being said, we STRICTLY enforce our Cancellation / Rescheduling / No Show Policy with no exceptions.
