How to Book an Appointment

All appointments are to be booked online.

You can book online through either the home or service page. To avoid disappointment please prebook your appointments ahead of time. Our schedules are always up to date online. We do not have a cancelation or waitlist.

All short notice appointments will be posted to our Instagram pages/stories only.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must reschedule 48 hours prior to your appointment. It is very difficult to fill the spot with short notice. Your appointment cannot be cancelled online. Do not reply to the automatic text reminder to change your appointment, those messages go to space.

No Show Policy

 If you do not show up to your appointment you will be required to pay a NO SHOW fee. This will be sent to your email via a pay link and must be paid prior to rebooking. Rebooking without paying your no show fee will result in us canceling your appointment.

No Show Fees: $100 for all permanent makeup services and touch ups, $20 for all brow bar and lash services.

Appointment Grace Period

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you are running more than 10 minuets late, your appointment is considered cancelled unless told otherwise. The full time is needed to ensure our work is not rushed for the best quality you deserve. Cancelled appointments are considered no shows.

We do not charge deposits to book an appointment with us.

That being said, we STRICTLY enforce our No Show Policy as well as our Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy.

Forms of Payment

We accept credit card, debit and cash. Cash is always preferred. Prices shown do not include GST. There will be no refunds given for any service after it has been completed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

 

Consultations

We do all of our consultations at the beginning of each appointment. If you have work done from a different artist you are considered a new client to us. We do not offer our touch up prices for previous work done by a different artist. Please do not book a touch up if you are new to us, book a Brow Correction appointment, this way we know you have old pigment on your skin.

Studio Etiquette

Please arrive to your appointment alone. No plus ones, friends, children or pets in the studio.

The Fine Print

All results will vary with every client depending on: skin, lifestyle, blood type, existing hair, bone structure, medications and aftercare. We are not liable for changes to the brow once the final decision has been approved during the pre draw consultation. Touch ups are not included in your permanent makeup services. Results are not guaranteed with any service or procedure.
